Facebook campaigns were initially relying on a heavy 50% discount strategy and still only driving 170% ROAS. We optimized every stage in the funnel, including Facebook campaign, on-site email capture, email creative and copy, bundling and cross-selling, and quite a bit more.

The result was, in only 5 months, we increased ROAS on Facebook campaigns from 170% to 300%, increased average order value by 46% sitewide, tripled sitewide conversion rate, doubled email signup rate, and overhauled transactional and marketing emails leading to a significant increase in open, click, and conversion rates.
